GMG survives street fight in Long Beach to finish second in ALMS GT-C -

April 20, 2010 (Santa Ana, Calif.) – Rebounding from a disappointing result at the season-opening 12 Hours of Sebring, GMG Racing let the teams of the American Le Mans Series know they mean business by running up front in GT-C throughout the Tequila Patron American Le Mans Series at Long Beach. Qualifying second for the 100-minute sprint race, the No.32 GMG / Spectra Resources Porsche 911 GT3 Cup ran in second place for the early part of the race as Curtis, who started the race, drove impressively with the race leaders even through lapped traffic.

A pitstop cycle saw the GMG Porsche drop to third place, as Curtis exited the car and Sofronas re-entered the race in third position. Running right behind the two leading cars throughout the final portion of the race, Sofronas was able to move up to second place and finish the race right on the bumper of the winner. GMG World Challenge Sport Exhaust for the 2008 S5

GMG is proud to introduce the World Challenge Sport exhaust system for the 2008+ Audi S5 4.2. Designed after our proven World Challenge RS4 system, the S5 system incorporates mandrel bent T304 Stainless steel construction throughout, our proprietary cross over center section which improves performance and sound, while reducing overall weight.

Our system features two mirror polished sport mufflers which are stainless throughout their construction (including the packing) and finished with dual 3.5" RS style tips.

Our system is a true bolt on cat back system which retains the factory clamps to ensure no exhaust leaks at any of the joints.

The GMG World Challenge sport exhaust systems offers S5 owners an aggressive sound without interior cabin drone.

Designed for the sophisticated S5 owner who wants to wake up the sound his S5 without compromising the everyday drivability.

    Constructed from T304 Stainless Steel
    Proprietary crossover center section
    Dual 3.5" RS Style tips or Quad 3.5" tips
    Uses Factory clamps to ensure no exhaust leaks

GMG is proud to release the quad tip option for our WC S5 Sport exhaust system. The Quad tip exhaust features dual 3.25", handcrafted, brushed stainless tips that fill the rear bumper exit perfectly. The exhaust system itself features the same industry leading quality materials and sound as our RS style system.

GMG World Challenge Sport Down Pipes for the 2008 S5
Our system can be installed with our without the sport down pipes. Our sport down pipe set is made of T304 stainless steel and incorporates T304 machined flanges. In addition our down pipes incorporate flex couplers to ensure years of use. Ideal for the customer who wants to take the sport sound up a notch and save additional weight.

GMG WC-S5 Sway Bar Kit

GMG is proud to introduce the World Challenge sway bar kit for Audi S5 models. Our WC- S5 Sway bar kit for the S5 is the most sophisticated kit on the market today offering the most rigidity of any bar on the market today. Designed to work GMG's WC Sport lowering spring kit or any aftermarket suspension kit such as KW,Ohlins or Moton as a direct replacement sway bar set. Our sway set utilizes stock sway bar mounts for smooth and quiet operation in all settings while minimizing body roll on the street and on the track. GMG S5 Carbon Engine Cover
GMG is proud to be the first "tuner" to offer a true carbon fiber replacement engine cover for the 4.2 V8 S5. Designed as direct replacement engine cover which installs in less than 1 minute. Simply pop off the existing engine cover and replace. Made of the same factory 1x ply carbon fiber that Audi uses. Made with UV resistant high temperature resin for years of use.

GMG S5 Carbon Fiber Front Bumper Splitter
GMG is proud to be the first "tuner" to offer the front and rear diffuser/splitter replacements in carbon fiber. A direct replacement part to the silver splitter that mounts under the front bumper and on the rear valance. Made of the same 1x ply carbon fiber material that the factory uses with UV resistant resins. The part is then clear coated for years of use without discoloration.
