The LeMans package consists of a hand built twin turbo upgrade with two proprietary dual ball bearing turbochargers that have investment cast housings, specifically matched to the characteristics of the V10 engine. The LeMans TT is capable of developing an astounding 1000 hp on this platform. (engine reinforcement required) . Designed for near instant boost response and smooth power delivery all the way to the engines redline of 8400 RPM. Accented by a hand built stainless steel exhaust system that is made of T304 stainless steel that is meticulously TIG welded by our master craftsman. Inlet charge temperatures are kept to minimum by two custom air to water charge coolers, boost pressure is further controlled by billet water-cooled waste gates and inlet charge temperatures are controlled by two oversized racing radiators and dual high volume motorsport coolant pumps. A look through the engine cover reveals a factory like appearance and the only signs of the vehicles true performance are the signature blue blow valves and stainless pipes connecting the charge coolers to the intake manifolds.
Further examination reveals the attention to detail with CNC machined mounts and brackets, stainless steel hard lines throughout, aerospace grade hardware and materials throughout the entire system producing a package that has perfect fit and finish.
GMG partnered with GIAC to develop the engine management package for the GMG LeMans TT and the result, a seem less integration into the factory engine management system and the result is the only direct injection FSI forced induction system on the market today that offers factory like drive ability.
